At North Gate Tackle, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and provide reliable delivery throughout the United Kingdom.
1. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within:
- 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday)
- Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next working day
- We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays
If there is a delay, we will notify you by email.
2. Delivery Services & Estimated Times
We use trusted UK carriers, including Royal Mail and courier services for larger parcels.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on:
- Weight of the item(s)
- Delivery method selected
- Delivery location
You can view the final shipping cost before completing your order.
4. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
North Gate Tackle is not responsible for items delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Some deliveries include tracking.
If tracking is available, the tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order ships.
6. Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window:
- Check the tracking information (if provided)
- Check with neighbours or your local sorting office
- Contact us at info@northgatetackle.co.uk
Royal Mail considers a parcel “lost” after:
- 10 working days (2nd Class)
- 5 working days (1st Class)
We can assist with replacements or refunds after this period.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Email us within 48 hours at info@northgatetackle.co.uk
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our policies.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
